This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.training4farmers.com (the "Site"), operated by Training4Farmers Partnership ("Training4Farmers," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on our Site are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Online training courses

  • Google Sheets-based tools and templates

  • Digital piggery management products and guides

We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

2. General Refund Policy: No Refunds Once Accessed

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, once a course has been accessed or a digital tool/template has been downloaded or opened, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

This is consistent with the standard exclusion for digital content under South African consumer protection law: the right to a cooling-off period for online ("distance") sales under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act does not apply once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or performance has begun with the consumer's consent.

3. Before You Access Your Purchase

If you have purchased a product but have not yet accessed, opened, or downloaded it, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us within 4 hours of purchase. Once access has been granted or the file has been opened/downloaded, this option no longer applies.

4. Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement, regardless of access status, in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical fault: the file is corrupted, defective, or you are unable to access the course/tool due to a technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

  • Duplicate purchase: you were accidentally charged twice for the same product.

  • Unauthorised transaction: the purchase was made fraudulently and you were not the person who authorised it (subject to verification).

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, contact us at info@training4farmers.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

5. Subscription Products

If a product is offered on a subscription basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide refunds for the portion of a billing period already used, but access will continue until that period ends.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Paystack, our payment processor. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
