These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.training4farmers.com and any associated digital products, including the Pig Herd Management System and other Google Sheets-based tools and online training courses (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Training4Farmers Partnership ("Training4Farmers," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Training4Farmers Partnership is a partnership registered in South Africa, providing agricultural training courses and digital tools to farmers and agricultural professionals.

2. The Service

Training4Farmers provides digital products, including:

  • Online training courses

  • Google Sheets-based tools and templates, including the Pig Management Template

  • Digital piggery management products and guides

Some tools may request access to your Google Account (for example, to create a copy of a template in your Google Drive, or to read/write data within a sheet you own). We only request the access necessary to provide the relevant tool's functionality, and we do not access, use, or share your Google Account data except as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts

To purchase or access certain parts of the Service, you may need to create an account on our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. 4. License to Use Our Products

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our courses, Google Sheets tools, and related materials for your own personal or business agricultural operations.

  • Resell, redistribute, or share purchased courses, tools, or templates with third parties who have not purchased them.

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our tools or courses for commercial redistribution.

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying formulas, scripts, or structure of our Google Sheets tools for the purpose of building a competing product.

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, courses, templates, tools, branding, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Training4Farmers Partnership or its licensors and are protected by South African and international intellectual property law. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as described above — it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

6. Payment and Refunds

Prices for our products are listed on the Site and are processed securely through our payment partner, Paystack. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: because our products are digital, once a course has been accessed or a tool has been downloaded/opened, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described in that policy.

7. Educational Content Disclaimer

Our training courses, Google Sheets tools, and piggery management guides are provided for general informational and educational purposes to support agricultural decision-making. They do not constitute veterinary, financial, legal, or professional advice specific to your operation. You remain responsible for decisions made in your farming or business operations, and we recommend consulting a qualified professional (e.g. a veterinarian or agricultural extension officer) for advice specific to your circumstances.

8. No Warranty

The Service, including all courses and tools, is provided "as is" and "as available." While we take reasonable care to ensure our tools function correctly and our course content is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Training4Farmers Partnership and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of livestock, profits, or farming income) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, including unauthorised sharing or redistribution of our products. You may stop using the Service at any time.
